Purpose: The Allamakee County Community Foundation accepts emerging needs applications for grants supporting community development, community promotions, community education and similar matters.

How to Apply
Application Process
1. Call ahead: Contact Betty Steege at 563-586-2046 prior to submitting to share your email address and ensure receipt of application
2. Submit letter of interest to accf@dbqfoundation.org by the deadline with subject line: "ACCF Mini Grants" followed by your organization name
3. Letter must include:
- Address of your organization
- Name and phone number of person submitting application
- Dollar amount requested and estimate of full project cost
- Description of the full project including how it will help the community
- Estimate of how many people will be impacted
4. Required Documents:
- Sample Grant Request Letter (available for download)
- Grant Project Budget Template (available for download)
- Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement (if applicable)
5. Submit by deadline: April 15-30, July 15-31, or October 15-31
