Program Description:
HealthSource's Administrative Residency provides a well-rounded experience for graduate students with a passion for primary and preventative care. The program combines project work, departmental and service line rotations, and executive staff exposure to develop the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Program Components

• Project work
• Departmental rotations including:
- Marketing & Development - Compliance - Operations - Human Resources - Finance - Decision Support
• Service line rotations
• Executive staff exposure

Eligibility Requirements

• Education: Enrolled in a Master of Health Services Administration (MHA) or similar program
• Skills: Strong communication skills, initiative, ability to work independently and in team environments

Selection Timeline

• Applications reviewed by selection committee
• Selected candidates invited to interview during Fall of application year
