Overview: The Impact Pool supports larger-scale initiatives within the 16 Tech Community Investment Fund. Established in 2019, this fund ensures that the growth of the 16 Tech Innovation District directly benefits nearby neighborhoods by allocating $0.20 per rentable square foot from every building in the 50-acre innovation district.
