Community Grant funding is not available for grants to individuals, capital campaigns, medical research, an applicant’s internal studies, scholarships or fellowships, membership fees, fundraising ticket sales, religious purposes, capital debt reduction, lobbying or advocacy, endowment establishment or enhancement, umbrella funding for redistribution, or giveaway items for prizes or incentives. The guidelines also exclude projects that discriminate.
