THE CHARITY PLANS TO ACCOMPLISH THIS MISSION BY PROVIDING FUNDS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALLY DESIGNED SOFTWARE, FOR LICENSES TO USE THE SOFTWARE, AND TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEERS WHO WILL CONDUCT THE VOTER REGISTRATION LIST ANALYSIS.
