The mission of the UNT Alumni Association is to foster a lifelong spirit of belonging and pride by connecting alumni and friends to the University of North Texas and each other, while striving for profound engagement with a community committed to supporting and advancing UNTs excellence. The purpose of the UNT Alumni Association (AA) is to support the University of North Texas (University or UNT) by serving as the mechanism to engage alumni and friends in the life of the University by (a) establishing and maintaining positive, quality relationships between the University and its alumni; (b) encouraging graduates, former students, and friends of the University to promote and advance the mission and priorities of the University; and (c) promoting the general welfare and interests of the University through the provision of alumni service to the University as approved by the University.
