THE UNITED WAY OF FORSYTH COUNTY FOUNDATION ("FOUNDATION") WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROVIDING A RESOURCE FOR FUNDS FOR AREAS OF NEED WITHIN THE COMMUNITY THAT HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED BY UNITED WAY AND OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AS AREAS OF HIGH PRIORITY. THE FOUNDATION WILL ALSO CARRY OUT FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES WITH AN EMPHASIS ON BEQUESTS AND PLANNED GIVING.
