Tull Charitable Foundation Inc

The Foundation’s mission is “to co-create a more just and equitable future” by building partnerships with and investing in organizations making an impact in Metro Atlanta. It invests primarily in nonprofits that promote racial equity through their work. Its stated priorities include organizations working in under-resourced communities, supporting historically marginalized people, promoting racial equity in their work and organizational practices, and building community assets such as parks and greenspace, cultural institutions, and educational institutions.

The Foundation has historically centered its signature grant program on nonprofit capacity building, including support for program space, technology, administrative infrastructure, and efforts to unlock additional federal funding. Beginning in 2026, its Rebuild Grants are intended to help nonprofits redesign business models for greater long-term financial sustainability.

Grantees’ missions illustrate a range of work supported. Raising Expectations says it empowers youth in crisis to pursue high school graduation and postsecondary plans. College AIM describes its work as providing coaching from ninth grade through college graduation and addressing systemic racial and economic barriers. Georgia Justice Project says it supports people in the criminal justice system and works to reduce barriers to reentry through legal representation, advocacy, education, and coalition building. Global Growers Network describes partnering with people from multiple cultures who grow food for families and local markets and developing local food-system leaders.
