The foundation has been a long-standing benefactor of Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. In 2000, the Rodgers Recreational Center opened in honor of Thomas A. Rodgers, Jr. In May 2016, Salve Regina University dedicated the Rodgers Family Department of Nursing in honor of Thomas A. Rodgers, III.
