THIS MODEL REDUCES THE ADULT TO STUDENT RATIO FROM 1:30 TO ABOUT 1:10, WHICH HELPS MEET THE HOLISTIC NEEDS OF STUDENTS AND ALLEVIATE SOME OF THE PRESSURE FROM TEACHERS.
