THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT OF 2014 ("WIOA") TO SUPPORT WIOA ACTIVITIES IN BENTON, CARROLL, CROCKETT, DYER, GIBSON, HENRY, LAKE, OBION, AND WEAKLEY COUNTIES, AND NOW ADDITIONALLY THE CHESTER, DECATUR, HARDEMAN, HARDIN, HAYWOOD, HENDERSON, MADISON, AND MCNAIRY COUNTIES.
