Sia earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Master's in Geotechnical Engineering. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, he founded an architectural and engineering firm and later co-founded SST Investments with his wife. He established a family-owned real estate development company specializing in residential mid-rises, primarily in San Francisco, and also invests in and manages commercial properties across the Bay Area.
