PROVIDE A BROADLY DEFINED RANGE OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES THAT: A.) ADDRESS COMMUNITY AND SERVICE AREA NEEDS, B.) CAN BE OFFERED IN A HIGH QUALITY MANNER, AND C.) PROVIDE COST-EFFECTIVE VALUE; 2.) SUPPORT, ALONE OR COLLABORATIVELY, EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS DIRECTED TOWARD: A.) ENTRY LEVEL PREPARATION OF HEALTH CARE WORKERS, B.) LIFE-LONG LEARNING FOR THOSE SERVING IN HEALTH CARE, AND C.) ENHANCE HEALTHY LIFESTYLES AND CHOICES IN THE PEOPLE WE SERVE; AND 3.)
