POWER TO DECIDE SUPPORTS POPULATIONS WHO FACE UNIQUE AND OFTEN SYSTEMIC BARRIERS TO ACHIEVING REPRODUCTIVE WELL-BEING, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON ADOLESCENTS, YOUNG ADULTS, AND THOSE IN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES. POWER TO DECIDE AFFECTS CHANGE THROUGH WORKING DIRECTLY WITH THEIR PRIORITY POPULATIONS, AS WELL AS WITH THOSE WHO INFLUENCE AND IMPACT REPRODUCTIVE WELL-BEING OF THEIR PRIORITY POPULATIONS, INCLUDING PROVIDERS, POLICYMAKERS, RESEARCHERS, AND CHAMPIONS.
