KEYBANK IS RESPONSIVE TO THE NEEDS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE OF THE OGLEBAY FOUNDATION IN THE ATTAINMENT OF ITS MISSION. PLEASE NOTE THE RECIPIENT ORGANIZATION HAS THE RIGHT TO REMOVE THE TRUSTEE AND THE AUTHORITY TO DIRECT OR APPROVE INVESTMENTS AND THE TRUSTEE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO AMEND THE DOCUMENT TO ENSURE THE CONTINUATION TO QUALIFY AS 509A3.
