THE MISSION OF NEW ORLEANS & COMPANY IS TO INSPIRE, PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE TRAVEL TO OUR CITY FOR THE ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY BENEFIT OF NEW ORLEANS AND ITS PEOPLE. THROUGH MARKETING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, DIRECT SALES TO LEISURE TRAVELERS, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC, AND THROUGH GROUP SALES OF CONFERENCES, CONVENTIONS, MEETINGS AND BUSINESS EVENTS, WE SEEK TO GENERATE REVENUE FOR BUSINESSES AND FOR LOCAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT TO SUPPORT AND SUSTAIN JOBS AND TO HELP ADDRESS CHALLENGES TO HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE BY BUILDING A STRONGER COMMUNITY IN WHICH TO LIVE, WORK AND BE EDUCATED.NEW ORLEANS & COMPANY'S CORE SERVICES ARE TO ENSURE ADEQUATE VISITATION TO SUPPORT RESTAURANTS, RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS, ACCOMMODATIONS, CULTURAL ATTRACTIONS AND ALL OTHER BUSINESSES THROUGHOUT THE CITY, REGION AND STATE. NEW ORLEANS & COMPANY ALSO PROVIDES FUNDING TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT THEIR INITIATIVES FOR THE ONGOING AND CONTINUED SAFETY AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR BOTH RESIDENTS AND VISITORS.
