Mission Statement: NBCF's mission is to help women now by providing help and inspiring hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education and support services.

Primary Program Areas:

• Early Detection & Screening: NBCF helps women who cannot afford mammography services and provides access to breast cancer screening and diagnostic services through partnerships with medical facilities nationwide. The organization targets research funding on early detection.

• Breast Health Education: NBCF creates and delivers educational and awareness materials on how to reduce breast cancer risk, detect breast cancer early, and access screening programs. Educational materials have reached over 387 million people through the organization's website and community outreach.

• Patient Support Services: NBCF provides HOPE Kits—care packages filled with items to soothe treatment side effects—to breast cancer patients. In recent reporting, the organization distributed 22,403 HOPE Kits and 108 Metastatic HOPE Kits. The organization also offers support groups for patients in need of psychological support.

• Patient Relief Fund: Launched in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, this program provides grants to hospital partners nationwide for distribution to patients to help offset treatment costs, prescriptions, transportation, and other financial burdens related to breast cancer care.

• Workplace Wellness Programs: NBCF partners with companies nationwide to strengthen women's wellness programs by increasing use of basic screening benefits.
