THE FOUNDATION WILL WORK TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF MISSISSIPPI'S JUDICIARY THROUGH EDUCATION, TRAINING, TECHNOLOGICAL IMPROVEMENTS, AND BY RECOGNIZING AND HONORING SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTORS TO THIS CAUSE.
