DELIVERING EQUITY-DRIVEN PROGRAMS THAT EXPAND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR MINORITY-OWNED AND WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESSES THROUGH UTILIZING EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES, COACHING, AND CAPACITY-BUILDING SERVICES.
