THE CORPORATION SHALL BE ORGANIZED, AND AT ALL TIMES SHALL BE OPERATED, (UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE SOLE MEMBER) TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF AND TO BENEFIT AND SUPPORT THE COLLEGE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (SEE CONTINUATION ON SCHEDULE O)(A) FUNDRAISING ON BEHALF OF THE COLLEGE;(B) CULTIVATING DONORS TO THE COLLEGE;(C) MAINTAINING AND ADVANCING COLLEGE ALUMNI RELATIONS;(D) STEWARDSHIP, AND EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION, OF ENDOWMENT AND OTHER FUNDS HELD FOR THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF THE COLLEGE;(E) ACCOUNTING FOR CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF THE COLLEGE THAT ARE MADE WITH OR WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS AND FOR ENDOWMENT FUNDS THAT ARE TEMPORARILY RESTRICTED OR PERMANENTLY RESTRICTED;(F) PROVIDING FUNDING FOR THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF THE COLLEGE; AND(G) CONTRIBUTING TO CAPITAL, MAKING LOANS AND GRANTS, AND PROVIDING OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE COLLEGE.
