THE DAC IN THE CHINATOWN GATEWAY PLAZA PROVIDES CREATIVE ARTS EXPERIENCE TO ALL INCOMES, AGES AND SKILL LEVELS. PROVIDES COLLABORATING ARTS AND CULTURE NONPROFITS AFFORDABLE SPACES FOR OFFICES, CREATIVE MAKER SPACES, AND ART EXHIBITIONS, CLASSES, AND SPECIAL EVENTS.
