EXTENDED SERVICES ARE OFFERED THAT ENABLE PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS THE RESOURCES NEEDED TO NAVIGATE TODAY'S HEALTHCARE SYSTEM WHICH INCLUDES SUPPORT GROUPS, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND PHARMACY EDUCATION.
