B. RECEIVE, HOLD AND ADMINISTER GIFTS, CONTRIBUTIONS, BEQUESTS, DEVICES, AND OTHER FUNDS FROM ALL SOURCES AND TO DISBURSE AND EXPEND SUCH FUNDS IN SUPPORT OF THE FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE. C.
