THOSE CONNECTIONS FACILITATE CROSS-SECTOR INFORMATION SHARING, IMPROVED SERVICE DELIVERY, AND BETTER COORDINATION OF CARE. INTEROPERABLE S-HIE HELPS PEOPLE CONVENIENTLY ACCESS FOOD PANTRIES, HOUSING SERVICES, SCREENING AND TESTING SITES, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH CARE, AND OTHER VITAL SERVICES.
