2024Hard Rock Heals Foundation IncThe program provides therapeutic and psychiatric services to clients experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse issues, which can be a barrier to transitioning from homelessness to housing stability. Supportive treatment provides individualized psychotherapy sessions designed to discover and treat unhealthy thoughts and emotions that perpetuate addiction and substance abuse disorders. The Partnership's therapists and contracted psychiatrist provide treatment in the form of psychiatric assessments, medication management, and counseling services for a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to psychotic disorders, addictive disorders, bipolar disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and stress related disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Funding will be used to enhance the existing Behavioral Health program.$5,000
