    Age: 9 to 18 years old

    Income Guidelines: Household income must not exceed the following thresholds:

  • Household of 1: $0 - $25,760

  • Household of 2: $25,761 - $34,840

  • Household of 3: $34,841 - $43,920

  • Household of 4: $43,921 - $53,000

  • Household of 5: $53,001 - $62,080

  • Household of 6: $62,081 - $71,160

  • Household of 7: $71,161 - $80,240

  • Household of 8: $80,241 - $89,320

  • Each additional family member: add $9,080
  • Award Details

    Award Amount: Up to $500

    Funding Limitations: Requests in excess of $500 may be difficult to fill. The scholarship may not be able to fund the entire amount of assistance required.

    Payment Method: All payments are made directly to the activity, sponsoring business, organization, or another third party. Payments will not be made directly to the individual or family.
