Youth Community Fund (YCF) Grants

Geographic Scope: Bronxville, Eastchester, and Tuckahoe, NY

Eligibility: Agencies and nonprofits offering youth development programming to Bronxville, Eastchester, and Tuckahoe residents

Funding Details: Each spring, the Youth Community Fund receives applications, conducts evaluations through youth evaluators (high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors), and allocates $5,000 to local organizations serving youth.

Unique Aspect: Youth Community Fund members (high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors) participate fully in the grantmaking process as Youth Evaluators. They read applications, meet with agency representatives, complete evaluations, and make funding recommendations. This allows young people to directly shape funding decisions impacting their communities.
