DC Girls Coalition:

Championed passage of DC Law 25-145, enabling minors to access their medical records and schedule their own medical appointments

Works to elevate and amplify voices of young women, girls, femmes, non-conforming, and young women/girls of color of trans experience

Adopts and fights to implement policy recommendations centering youth leadership and addressing their needs

Community Youth Advance:

Held inaugural Mental Health and Drug Abuse Awareness Day in Prince George's County, Maryland

Fosters discussions on mental health and self-care

Harnesses community power to transform out-of-school time
