Eligibility

Currently work in food or beverage service at a California restaurant, food truck, tasting room, brewery, catering company, restaurant in a hotel or hospitality venue/concessionsThe unexpected crisis or incident needs to have occurred within three (3) months of application dateTypes of crises we help with illness, injury, accident, death in the immediate family, disaster (housing, flood, fire, earthquake.

Ineligibility

Restaurants Care does NOT guarantee assistance upon completion of a request, provide assistance due to unemployment, or due to loss of hours or income not directly caused by a qualifying crisis.Circumstances we do not fund: credit card debt, incidences that occurred more than 3 months ago, non-CA workers
