Program Overview

This high-impact grant supports GLFHC's Mobile Health Program (MHP), which brings healthcare to the most vulnerable and overlooked populations in the Merrimack Valley. The grant was used to purchase a new clinical vehicle to expand services that currently serve more than 1,100 patients annually.

Mobile Health Program Services

The $100,000 grant, coupled with other donations, enabled GLFHC to purchase an additional mobile clinic with two state-of-the-art exam rooms, effectively tripling mobile services patient capacity. This clinic became operational in spring 2024.
