WWIN provides scholarships and supports to help Washington women facing barriers to opportunity succeed in college and careers so they, their families and our communities can thrive. WWIN Star Scholars are transforming their futures by pursuing higher education in Washington state. Our scholars are resilient, determined, and are using their education and careers to spark positive change for themselves, their families, and our communities. Applicants must meet all of WWIN’s eligibility criteria below and submit all required documentation by the deadline to be considered.Eligibility

You are encouraged to apply if you meet all of the following criteria:You identify as a womanYou live in Washington state currently and have for at least the past 12 monthsYou will be 18 years of age or older as of September 1, 2025You are a US citizen, permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or current DACA recipient to the United StatesYou have submitted your 2025-2026 FAFSA or WASFA and have received the final Submission Summary and Student Aid Index (SAI)You are admitted into or enrolled at an eligible college or university for the 2025-2026 academic year. Eligible schools are participating institutions for state financial aid. The list of eligible schools can be found here.You are pursuing a postsecondary credential (Associate, bachelor’s, certificate or technical degree) up to your first bachelor’s degreeYour cumulative GPA is at or above 2.0You demonstrate unmet financial need toward your Cost of Attendance for the 2025-2026 academic year.Focus Areas & Funding Uses
