Workforce Grant
Purpose: Helps businesses with new hire training, job marketing, and recruitment costs to support workforce expansion.
Award: Up to $250 per application with a lifetime maximum of $500 per business
Geographic Scope: Farragut West Knox area, TN
Funding Options
Choose one of three paths: 1. Training for New Hires – Offset costs for industry certifications, software training, or licensing 2. Hiring Advertisements – Get support for job postings and marketing to attract top talent 3. Recruiting Services – Assistance with costs for third-party recruiters when finding the right candidate- Must be a Chamber member in good standing
