Our Mission & Vision Empowering Spokane area women and children to achieve their full potential, by building a strong, diverse community of engaged, and strategic givers. We envision a healthy, safe and vibrant community where women and children flourish. Responsive Grant Information Women Helping Women Fund promotes women’s philanthropy and raises money to support community programs that help women and children realize their full potential. We proudly partner with grantees in Spokane County to provide responsive, community-based programming to build stronger homes for all.

Eligibility

You can learn more about this opportunity by visiting the funder's website. To receive funds, your agency must: Have 501(c) (3) tax-exempt status as defined by the Internal Revenue Service or be fiscally sponsored. Spend no more than 5% of your budget on legislative involvement. Serve women and/or children in Spokane CountyGuidelinesWHWF grants funds to organizations that support women and/or children.WHWF awards responsive grants for one year.Grant funds are available to spend between July 1 and June 30.After the termination of the grant year, unexpended funds must be returned to the WHWF office by September 1.WHWF examines the financial stability of agencies.

Ineligibility

WHWF does not fund individuals, political action organizations, capital projects, or endowment funds.
