2. Attend Bidders' Conference (Recommended)
- Date: March 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM
- Format: Zoom
- Includes presentation and Q&A session
3. Prepare Proposal
- Submit separate proposal for each service option (if bidding on both)
- Ensure proposal meets all administrative and programmatic criteria
- Include completed cost worksheets and budget templates
