Background
Wheels & Keels was conceived by Vero Beach residents as a means to introduce a concourse-style car and boat show to the area and distribute proceeds to local charities. The first show was held in 2009 at The Moorings Yacht and Country Club. Since inception, the foundation has distributed over $700,000 in grants to local non-profit organizations. The Two-Day Annual Fundraising Weekend includes a Friday evening Reception, Dinner and Live Auction, and Saturday Antique & Exotica Car & Boat Show.- Must have: 501(c)(3) IRS tax-exempt status

2. Complete Application: Fill out the Wheels & Keels Foundation Inc. Grant Application with all required information
3. Required Materials:
- Completed grant application form
- Video or detailed written information about your organization
- Statement of amount of funds requested
- Detailed explanation of how funds will be used
- 501(c)(3) IRS determination letter
- Proof of Indian River County or Treasure Coast, Florida location
4. Submit Application: Send completed application by October 1 to:

5. Review: Board reviews applications in November and selects approximately 10 charities for grants
