Application Process

1. Complete the Support Request Form available at https://coloradofirst.org/grants-resources-support/
2. Provide the following information:
- Coach/Mentor name, phone, email
- Team number(s)
- Whether team is rookie or veteran
- Number of seasons participated in FIRST
- Team registration status with FIRST
- Commitment to attend qualifier/tournament in 2025-2026
- Team history and reason for starting
- Student demographic data:
* Total number of students
* Number of Latinx/Hispanic students
* Number of female students
- Grades served (6th-12th)
- Program type (school-based or community-based)
- Non-profit status
- W9 submission capability
- Detailed explanation of current support and why additional support is needed
- What would happen without support
- School/Organization name, address, city, zip code
- Support type needed (registration, season materials, mentoring, etc.)
- Itemized funding request (upload optional)

3. Submit completed form through the online portal
