About Us On April 14, 2006, Steven and Carolyn West formed the West Family Foundation. The principal focus of the Foundation is to benefit children and families who reside in the geographical area of Southern Oregon. West Family Foundation Grant The Foundation's primary areas of interest include schools, youth programs, human services, and other charitable causes. Funding The West Family Foundation will not accept proposals requesting more than $10,000 or less than $1,000. The average grant award is $6,000.

Eligibility

Grant applications will only be accepted from tax-exempt organizations. The Foundation will only make grants to organizations whose projects or programs directly benefit the residents of Jackson & Josephine counties in Oregon.Previously successful grant applicants are eligible to apply annually.The Foundation will only accept one application per organization, per funding cycle. The exception to this rule is school districts. The Foundation will accept multiple applications per school district however, only one application per school will be accepted each funding cycle.
