Charitable Giving Our mission is to support seniors and their caregivers in our community with a special emphasis on wellness and prevention. Focus Area Social determinants of health that impact older adults and their caregivers – including economic stability and income support, health and wellness, food insecurity, social isolation, accessible housing, and transportation – will continue to the focus of our grant-making. We will also accept proposals for operating funds. Individual non-profits will be able to apply for a maximum of $25,000, although the maximum amount available in some markets is less as indicated.
