WellMed Charitable Foundation Grants

The WellMed Charitable Foundation Grants focus on enhancing the well-being of seniors and their caregivers, emphasizing wellness and prevention. Grants, up to $25,000, are available for non-profits addressing social determinants of health in Texas and Florida, including economic stability, food insecurity, and social isolation. Eligible regions include cities and areas such as San Antonio, Dallas, and Miami. The foundation aims to empower local organizations to improve the quality of life for older adults.

Focus Area
Social determinants of health that impact older adults and their caregivers – including economic stability and income support, health and wellness, food insecurity, social isolation, accessible housing, and transportation – will continue to the focus of our grant-making. We will also accept proposals for operating funds. Individual non-profits will be able to apply for a maximum of $25,000, although the maximum amount available in some markets is less as indicated.

Eligibility

The WellMed Charitable Foundation provides grant funding to non-profit agencies that serve older adults and/or family caregivers of older adults in the following areas:Texas:
