- Time (volunteerism)
- Talent (fundraising through Christmas at the Caswell House events)

- A portion of Christmas at the Caswell House proceeds help fund the grants program

Application Process

- Organizations must first submit an Austin Junior Forum Community Partner Application
- Deadline: January 31
- Step 2: Partner Selection
- AJF reviews applications received before January 31
- Selected organizations become AJF Community Partners for the membership year beginning June 1 and ending May 31 of the following year
- Step 3: Grant Application Invitation
- Selected Community Partners are invited to apply for grant funding
- Grant applications are for projects serving a significant number of women, children, or elderly in the Austin area
