Program Overview
Emergency relief fund designed to provide financial resources to charitable organizations in Weld County supporting populations directly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The fund distributed a total of $317,922 to 26 Weld nonprofits.- Vulnerable populations, particularly homeless communities
- Those at imminent risk of homelessness
- Low-income households
- Older adults
- Those experiencing food insecurity
