Fort Lupton Community Foundation Grant Grants from the Fort Lupton Community Foundation are to help meet the greatest needs in the Fort Lupton area. The Fort Lupton Community Foundation is an affiliate of the Weld Community Foundation and was created to serve the people of the greater Fort Lupton community. Grant Amount: Up to $5,000 (subject to change).
