Director’s Discretionary Grants ( Primarily For Groups Who Are Not Current Grantee Partners) The Memorial Fund provides grants up to $10,000, but typically of $5,000 or less, to support special community projects that may not meet the Equity Grants Program criteria, but align with our mission. Projects we are likely to receive strong consideration include: Projects supporting equity in education Projects inspiring an end to racism and povertyEvents created by and for communities of color
