Building A Thriving CommunitySince 1999, the Waukesha County Community Foundation (WCCF) has been connecting donors who care to the needs in our community. The Foundation works closely with fund advisors to support projects that enhance the quality of life in Waukesha County and beyond. The WCCF staff and Board of Directors collaborate on a careful review and due-diligence process to award grants that strengthen nonprofits. Each year, the Waukesha County Community Foundation (WCCF) awards Community Grants to nonprofit organizations making a difference for the people of Waukesha County. Discretionary funds used to support Community Grants are limited. Only requests from organizations serving Waukesha County will be considered. Requests should be in the range of $1,000 - $10,000. Grants support the following broad program areas: Arts and CultureHealth and Human ServicesCommunity DevelopmentEducationEnvironment and ConservationHistorical Preservation Additional Field of Interest Funds are available for: LiteracyLGBTQ+Mental HealthSuicide PreventionAnimal WelfareWomen's Issues Grants will not be repeated for the same organization in consecutive years. Applicants will need to submit evidence of 501(c)3 status and a non-discrimination policy.
