Washington APEX Accelerator (Business Accelerator Program)

Geographic Scope: Clark County, Washington

Overview:
A pilot hands-on catalyst program for new entrepreneurs and fast-growth businesses motivated to learn success strategies and grow their business network connections. Program includes comprehensive learning sessions, mentoring, and networking opportunities.

  • Financial literacy

  • Sales strategies and pitch readiness

  • Business operations and execution

  • HR and managing people

  • Strategy and success visioning

    • Eligibility:

  • Entrepreneurs operating businesses up to $999,999

  • Motivated to drive rapid change and growth

  • Clark County region-based

    • Preferred Participant Profiles:

  • Accelerators, incubators, and related entrepreneurs

  • STEM and R&D entrepreneurs (advanced manufacturing, high-tech, clean-tech, life sciences)

  • New entrepreneurs

  • Women and minority entrepreneurs

  • Entrepreneurs building technologies addressing clean energy and supply chain resilience

  • Entrepreneurs serving underserved groups (rural, veterans, individuals with disabilities)

  • Traded sector businesses (selling products/services outside Clark County)

    • Program Details:

  • Cost: $500 per participant (highly subsidized)

  • Scholarships available

  • Limited to approximately 10-12 participants per cohort

  • May be divided into two sub-cohorts: new entrepreneurs and fast-growth prospects

  • Requires full commitment to four in-person learning days

  • Includes pre and post session assignments, reading and worksheet preparation, goal setting, accountability tasks, one-on-one mentoring, and group discussions
