Warren Sixth Ward Neighborhood Impact Fund

The Sixth Ward of the City of Warren received funding through the American Rescue Plan (ARP). Given the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley’s (CFMV) role as a local resource and experienced organization in making grant investments in nonprofits that have a positive impact in the community, including Warren, Ohio, Honeya Price, Sixth Ward councilwoman, looked to CFMV for support of the continued distribution of her ward’s designated ARP funds. In partnering with CFMV as a trusted outside entity, she hoped to ensure an equitable and transparent process for awarding funding to improve the Sixth Ward.
