The Voelz, Reed, & Mount Foundation Grant Program, administered by Heritage Fund of Bartholomew County, invites nonprofit organizations in Bartholomew, Jackson, Jennings, and Decatur counties to apply for funding. Grants, ranging from $500 to $1,500, support projects that positively impact senior citizens and their families. With a commitment to diversity and community growth, this program aims to foster a stronger, inclusive community through generous giving and innovative programs.

The concept of a community foundation for Bartholomew County became reality in 1976 with the purpose of continuing a legacy of giving by providing an opportunity for all citizens to make gifts of all sizes and establish charitable funds to benefit the local community.

The Voelz, Reed, & Mount Foundation was established to give back to the local communities where they do business. Nonprofit organizations in Bartholomew, Jackson, Jennings, and Decatur counties are invited to submit a grant application for projects and programs that have a positive impact on the lives of senior citizens and their families.
The average grant award will be $500-$1,500; however larger grants may be considered.

Eligibility

Nonprofit organizations in Bartholomew, Jackson, Jennings, Johnson, and Decator counties that serve aging adults and individuals with special needs are eligible to apply for grant funding for projects and programs that have a positive and direct impact on these populations.
