The VIP Foundation is dedicated to assisting smaller charities who don't have the full financial support of other larger charities. The foundation targets grant considerations in the $5,000 - $10,000 - $15,000 range of approval.

Background

Founded in 2021 by VIP Mortgage co-founders Jay Barbour and Keith Teegardin, the VIP Foundation operates on the mantra "Lead with Heart." As of May 2022, the foundation had distributed over $73,500 to organizations throughout Arizona. By the time of the November 2023 article, over $200,000 had been distributed to more than 20 charitable causes.
