Vet's Wish is a specialized branch of the My Wish Program, launched in 2018, dedicated to honoring the service and sacrifice of military veterans by creating memorable experiences for them and their families. The program expresses gratitude through meaningful actions and experiences.

Geographic Scope

• Operates in Florida and Alabama
• Serves military veterans in Covenant Care's hospice and home healthcare programs

Eligibility

• Open to all Military Veterans
• Must provide a copy of DD214 form (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
• Veterans must be patients of Covenant Care

The program covers a wide range of requests including:

• Trips to military events (e.g., Blue Angels shows)
• Flying in WWII aircraft
• Visiting former military friends and comrades
• Returning to places with personal or historical significance
• Essential items and immediate needs
• Family reunions
• Final vacations
• Personal hero meet-and-greets
• Reconnecting with military history

• 100% donor-funded through charitable donations
• Donations are tax-deductible
