Covenant Care Foundation Vet's Wish

Vet's Wish is a branch of the Covenant Care Foundation's My Wish program, 'dedicated to honoring the service and sacrifice of our military veterans by creating memorable experiences for them and their families.' 'Vet's Wish is open to all Military Veterans. Applications can be submitted by a qualified Military Veteran, a family member, or a close friend. A copy of the veteran's DD214 form and contact details are required.' The program 'covers a wide range of requests, from providing essential items to organizing family reunions, final vacations, personal hero meet-and-greets, and reconnecting veterans with their military past.' Covenant Health and Community Services, Inc. operates as a 501(c)(3) serving Florida and Alabama, registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
