Overview
Designed specifically for agencies with 10 or fewer peace officers (larger agencies considered on case-by-case basis). Program assists very small agencies with schedule coverage so their staff can attend law enforcement training. POST helps qualifying agencies contact larger agencies willing to provide staff coverage. Reimbursement up to $50/hr for each hour staff works, including benefit costs. Additional funds available for travel time, lodging, and mileage.
